Why a conference?Dear Kcc, Have you ever felt the need to break out of the everyday, or feel stuck in some area of your life and faith? We can keep doing what we ’re doing and pray we ’ll see some change –but sometimes that change comes through shifting what we do, or commit to doing. Conferences aren ’t the silver bullet for our life questions, but often they can be one small catalyst for change in our lives. We have seen lives transformed through the ministry here at KCC: vital seeds sown at BASECAMP that have gone on to make over marriages; convictions set in at KEC that finally changed a daily habit; new commitments to Christ at KYCK , or doubting seekers softened at OneLove . Do you long for something different in your faith or life right now? Could we encourage you to commit to a day (or a weekend) spent at BASECAMP or OneLove this August? Bring friends or family, and soak in the time under God ’s Word together.

He has written a number of books, including "Is God Anti-Gay?", "What God Has to Say About Our Bodies ", and "7 Myths about Singleness ". Overcoming Complacency Blair Linne, author, speaker, actress, and spoken word artist, will be the keynote speaker of OneLove 2024. She is passionate about proclaiming the gospel of Jesus Christ through speaking and spoken word. We can’t wait for you to hear God speak through her! Our routines greatly influence our priorities in life, and with this, we can grow to become indifferent to the beauty of the gospel. OneLove 2024’s theme, "Overcoming Complacency: How the Joy of the Father Can Reignite Your Devotion "aims to provide an opportunity for us to pause, reflect and rediscover the joy of being known and loved by Jesus, and reignite our passion for His word and His kingdom.
